How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Reach out via our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back
We'll send you return instructions. Pack the hat securely in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at the carrier location.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the hat, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Allow 5β7 days for it to appear on your statement.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in original condition β unworn, unscratched, not taken to a job site
- In original packaging where possible
We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, job site wear, or intentional damage. This is for health and safety reasons, as used hard hats cannot be resold.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it at no cost to you β no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement as soon as we confirm the issue.
Damage caused by normal job site use, improper storage, or impact events does not qualify as a defect. If your hat has taken a serious impact on the job site, it should be retired per ANSI guidelines regardless of visible damage β contact us and we'll get you a replacement at a discounted rate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that show signs of use or job site wear
- Custom or personalized orders (where applicable)
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different design or size, please return your original order for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order. Contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5β7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
If the return is due to our error β wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit β we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Bulk & Crew Orders
Returns on bulk orders (5 or more hats) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly through our bulk orders page or contact page to discuss your situation and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
