All 50 US states. International available on request.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Each hat is hand-dipped individually, so we take care to inspect every order before it ships.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at our contact page.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location. Delivery to rural areas or remote zip codes may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days β€” available at checkout for an additional fee
  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days β€” available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipping estimates are business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed by Hydro Dipped Hard Hats β€” actual delivery depends on the carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every US domestic order, automatically applied at checkout. No minimum required.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery. You will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may experience slightly longer delivery times than the standard 3–5 business days.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. If your address is a P.O. box, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

International Shipping

We currently focus on US domestic orders but may be able to accommodate international requests, particularly for bulk and crew orders. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us through our contact page before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors. Then contact your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number, as they may be holding the package.

If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Hydro Dipped Hard Hats is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. If you are concerned about package theft, consider requesting a signature confirmation at checkout or shipping to a secure location.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each hat is hand-dipped after ordering, we begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately through our contact page. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it following our return policy after delivery.
