Deep Candy Blue Carbon Fiber: a full brim blue carbon fiber pattern hard hat, near-black to electric blue.
One size. The 4-point ratchet suspension adjusts to fit head sizes 6 1/2 to 8. That's about 20 3/8 to 25 1/8 inches around the head, or 52 to 64 centimeters. Buying it as a gift? You don't need to know their size. Same design as the photos, but each one is hand-dipped, so the pattern lands a little different on every hat and yours is one of a kind.
- The design: a woven print in deep blue over black runs diagonally across the whole hat, from the top ridge to the brim, and turns bright where the light hits the gloss.
- Full brim: the brim runs all the way around for shade and rain runoff.
- Finish: sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.

The shell is. Every hat uses the same Pyramex Ridgeline full brim shell, certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E. Hydro dipping is an exterior finish. Drilling, cutting, or altering the shell voids certification, and dipping does neither. ANSI does caution that some paints and solvents can damage a shell, so the process matters: these hats are dipped by a specialist partner who has been dipping Ridgeline shells for years.
Sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.
