Honeycomb Carbon Fiber Flames: a full brim gray honeycomb pattern hard hat with orange flame graphics.
One size. The 4-point ratchet suspension adjusts to fit head sizes 6 1/2 to 8. That's about 20 3/8 to 25 1/8 inches around the head, or 52 to 64 centimeters. Buying it as a gift? You don't need to know their size. Same design as the photos, but each one is hand-dipped, so the pattern lands a little different on every hat and yours is one of a kind.
- The design: a gray hexagon grid over a charcoal base covers the hat, with small orange, red and yellow flame graphics trailing thin gold streaks across the front, sides, back and brim.
- Full brim: the brim runs all the way around for shade and rain runoff.

About this design
A honeycomb pattern of small gray hexagons outlined in black covers the whole hat, crown to brim. Flame graphics in orange, red and yellow with long thin gold tails shoot across it like sparks. They sweep at an angle over the front and sides and run straight down the back onto the brim.

The shell is. Every hat uses the same Pyramex Ridgeline full brim shell, certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E. Hydro dipping is an exterior finish. Drilling, cutting, or altering the shell voids certification, and dipping does neither. ANSI does caution that some paints and solvents can damage a shell, so the process matters: these hats are dipped by a specialist partner who has been dipping Ridgeline shells for years.
Sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.
