Every one of these hats is hand-dipped, one at a time, which means no two ever come out exactly alike. Underneath the art you get a fully adjustable ratchet suspension built to fit head sizes 6 3/4 to 8, with a padded rear cradle and a soft, replaceable front sweatband that won't chew you up on a long day. It does not penetrate the structural foam liner or alter the shell's certified impact rating. Confirm the required class for your specific jobsite hazards.
Every hat is sealed with a UV-resistant clear topcoat designed for real job sites — direct sun, sweat, scrapes, and daily handling. The hydro-dip finish is sealed to the HDPE shell, so it is built to handle normal jobsite wear.
