Lime Green Gothic Reaper Art: a full brim reaper hard hat with skulls and flame graphics in lime and black.
One size. The 4-point ratchet suspension adjusts to fit head sizes 6 1/2 to 8. That's about 20 3/8 to 25 1/8 inches around the head, or 52 to 64 centimeters. Buying it as a gift? You don't need to know their size. Same design as the photos, but each one is hand-dipped, so the pattern lands a little different on every hat and yours is one of a kind.
- The design: a screaming reaper holds a woman with closed eyes on the front, with more reapers, skulls, torn cloth and flame graphics around the sides and an hourglass on the back.
- Full brim: the brim runs all the way around for shade and rain runoff.
- Finish: sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.
- Care: clean with a damp cloth and mild soap only.
- Accessories: compatible with standard hard hat accessories.
Good for:
- Anyone who likes gothic reaper art in a loud color.
- Welders and ironworkers who want a darker design.
- A gift for the horror fan who likes lime green.
About this design
Lime green and black art wraps the hat, with a screaming grim reaper on the front holding a woman whose eyes are closed. On the sides and back, more reapers and skulls sit among flame graphics and torn cloth, and an hourglass sits on the back. The lime swirls cover the brim.

Questions people ask
The shell is. Every hat uses the same Pyramex Ridgeline full brim shell, certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E. Hydro dipping is an exterior finish. Drilling, cutting, or altering the shell voids certification, and dipping does neither. ANSI does caution that some paints and solvents can damage a shell, so the process matters: these hats are dipped by a specialist partner who has been dipping Ridgeline shells for years.
Sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.
