Oilfield Dirty Hands Clean Money Custom Full Brim Hard Hat
Hand-dipped one at a time. No two come out identical.
Oilfield Dirty Hands Clean Money struts across a full brim shell with a mirror-shine finish that says exactly what it means: you get your hands dirty so your bank account doesn't have to be. This design is laid down through a hydro dip process, hand-printed and clear coated to a deep, glossy shine that holds up to job site grind. Underneath the shine sits a fully adjustable ratchet suspension that fits head sizes 6 3/4 to 8, with a padded rear cradle and a soft, replaceable front sweatband so long days under the sun don't wreck your forehead.
Why Hydro Dipping?
A bold, no-nonsense phrase like this needs a finish that matches the attitude, and hydro dipping delivers a wraparound graphic with depth and shine that regular printing can't touch. The water-transfer process wraps the design fully around the shell with no seams or gaps, giving the lettering a clean, layered look that reads loud from across the site. Every single hat goes through this process by hand, dipped one at a time, which means the piece you get is one of one. No two will ever come out exactly alike, so the hat on your head is yours and nobody else's.The suspension adjusts front to back and up and down in two positions each, and the whole rig comes in at under a pound so it won't wear you down by lunch. Built for guys who show up early, work hard, and don't mind letting their hard hat do a little bragging on their behalf.

Common Questions About This Hat
Yes — every hat we sell starts as an ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I certified Pyramex Ridgeline shell. The hydro-dip coating is applied to the exterior shell only, after certification. It does not penetrate the structural foam liner or alter the shell's certified impact rating. Confirm the required class for your specific jobsite hazards.
Every hat is sealed with a UV-resistant clear topcoat designed for real job sites — direct sun, sweat, scrapes, and daily handling. The hydro-dip finish is sealed to the HDPE shell, so it is built to handle normal jobsite wear.
