Midnight Grim Reaper & Scythe: a full brim grim reaper hard hat with blue and purple smoke on black.
One size. The 4-point ratchet suspension adjusts to fit head sizes 6 1/2 to 8. That's about 20 3/8 to 25 1/8 inches around the head, or 52 to 64 centimeters. Buying it as a gift? You don't need to know their size. Same design as the photos, but each one is hand-dipped, so the pattern lands a little different on every hat and yours is one of a kind.
- The design: hooded reapers with white skull faces rise out of electric blue, purple and pink smoke, and bony hands grip a glowing gold scythe handle on the front. One skull glows orange.
- Full brim: the brim runs all the way around for shade and rain runoff.
- Finish: sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.

The shell is. Every hat uses the same Pyramex Ridgeline full brim shell, certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E. Hydro dipping is an exterior finish. Drilling, cutting, or altering the shell voids certification, and dipping does neither. ANSI does caution that some paints and solvents can damage a shell, so the process matters: these hats are dipped by a specialist partner who has been dipping Ridgeline shells for years.
Sealed under a clear coat. It can scratch with hard use, but the design sits underneath.
